Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all sun-protective clothing remains in its original, unworn condition with tags.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
